一个比较大的客户在要求我们报价。但是好久没有合作了，并且也不确定一定会有订单，所以我们没有太重视，导致一直没有报价。拖了一个星期，中间有过一次联系。
现在给客人回复，还想再多要些时间来报价。不知道这样说是否合适。

I am writing to ask for a little longer time for this quotation.
To offer a competitive price, we asked for special support from the factory but things were not running smoothly as expected, while there shall be an positive answer by tomorrow later time. This will disturb your plan but I will try to release the quotation before we get off work tomorrow.
