由于这两台设备使用年限超过10年，无法在中国香港办理中检证明，因此无法在中国中山办理进口手续，经买卖双方协议，我司同意取消本次交易，将设备退回至我司，设备退回费用由我司承担。Due to the two sets of equipment service life over 10 years,it's cannot do deal with the certificate of CCIC in Hong Kong ,Therefore it's cannot handle imports in Zhongshan,China.With our agreement,we are accept to cancel this case and return back equipment by both parties.We will take responsbility of return charges.

As for service life of the two equipments is over than 10 year, Certificate of Non-Manipulation can not be processed in Hongkong China and result in failure of importing to Zhongshan China. Per negotiation of both party, we agree to cancel the order and have equipments returned. Expense of return is for our account.
