i think you should find some listening and speaking resources and practice youself firstly,,like 51voa.com and then you should find some friends who can speak standard oral english,it will make your spoken english listens to be excellent....
actullay you can add someone by this way,but some days later you will find that you are still strange of each other ,it is diifficult to insist on these kind of communications

Thank you very much for your advice first.To be honest ,it is hard to find a english partner in my life,although most of them are enlish major,but ....you know, a lot of reasons.Time, don't have interests,or just some other reasons. So i hope I can find a partner here~~~we can talk a lot~~
