If either party employs attorneys to enforce any rights arising out of or relating to this Agreement the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees. This Agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of, Hong Kong and China, and all parties’ further consent to jurisdiction by the state and federal courts sitting in, Hong Kong or China. Process may be served by either party by Mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered return receipt requested or by such other method as is authorized by legal statute.

Either party may from time to time provide suggestions, comments or other feedback to the other party with respect to Confidential Information provided originally by the other party (hereinafter "Feedback"). Both parties agree that all Feedback is and shall be entirely voluntary and shall not, absent separate agreement, create any confidentiality obligation for THE CLIENTS. However, THE CLIENTS shall not disclose the source of any feedback without the providing party's consent. Feedback shall be clearly designated as such and except as otherwise provided herein, each party shall be free to disclose and use such Feedback as it sees fit, entirely without obligation of any kind to the other party. The foregoing shall not, however, affect either party's obligation hereunder with respect to Confidential Information of the other party.

一方可能时不时的提提供建议建议 评论 或者其他资料信息 给另一方。其中可能涉及到一方最初提供的一些机密信息。双方同意这些资料都是完全自愿提供的，不存在独立的协议 或者多客户产生任何的权利与义务。但是客户也不能公开这些保密信息在没有提供方的允许下。
