Unfortunately we do not have a courier account to raise a collection, can you confirm costs for sending direct to our premises and we should be able to arrange payment by TT once you have produced an invoice for carriage.Please send samples of all Wooden and Porcelain knobs.

谢谢你的邮件。很抱歉我们没法安排快递到你方来收集样品，你能不能把样品包裹直接寄给我，并核实费用，看到你的快递单子后我会把钱TT给你。
我们需要木制和陶瓷制的“把手”。

谢谢你的邮件，很抱歉我们没有快递到付帐号，因此无法安排上门取件。可否请你确认一下寄到我方的运费，我们会在见到运费发票后，将运费T/T汇款给你。

感谢您的回信。很抱歉，我们没有快递预付帐号（一般是指预付帐号与到付帐号），烦请确认直接寄送到我方指定地点的快递费用，以便我们收到运费发票后向你方电汇运费。
