The balance 75 %per cent of the value of this Agreement shall be paid through an irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit issued by SPANISH BANK and notified to BANK of SELLER. This letter of credit shall be payable forthwith against presentation of the documents mutually agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.BTW，请问SPANISH BANK的信誉如何？

75%的合同金额将会通过SPANISH BANK开立的不可撤销的保兑信用证支付，通知人是：卖方的银行。一经收到买卖双方约定的单证，货款将会毫无迟疑的付出（就是即期信用证了）。

这里译为通知行确切一点。（以免LZ将其与提单的通知人混起来。。。 ）
即期信用证付款，收到相符单据后也不会毫不迟疑地付款，一般都会迟疑几天的。
