加拿大外贸
For imports of food items including “Starters” we need the following shipping documents: Invoice , COO , COA , BL , PL , HC (authenticated) . Then there are some specific details for each individual document as under :o Invoice : Should indicate the P/I date & number, batch no. Production and Expiry Dates. ( in 5 copies )
o COO :Should include the P/I date & number and Invoice number and date ( one original + one copy )
o COA : To include P/I date & number , Invoice No. & Date ,production date , expiry date , batch number , ( one original + one copy )
o BL : ( as usual )
o PL : Should indicate the P/I date & number, batch no. Production and Expiry Dates ( one original + one copy )
o HC : To indicate Invoice No. & Date , P/I No. & Date , batch number , Production date & Expiry date. HC should be authenticated by nearest Iranian consulate office in China . ( one original + one copy ) .
o COC (Certificate of Conformity): To indicate Invoice No. & Date , P/I No. & Date , batch number , Production date & Expiry date, certifying that the goods meet all the requirements of agreed Specification.
前面几个（ Invoice, coo, coa, bl）我都知道，PL, HC, COC就没听过了，谁知道能提点一下不？谢谢啦。

就是货物一致性证明，标题就写CERTIFICATE OF THE CONFORMITY 内容就写出货的内容：数量 毛重 净重 体积 品名等等 然后说明一下这些数据和实际出货是一致的就行了。要不要认证 问客户
