we are so regretful for the delay of the delivery time of the goods caused by the upgrade of our products. however, we sincerely hope that the upgraded products can better satisfy you.
as for the damage, we have to say it's probably caused by the undue handling of the freighter considering the fact that our packaging carton is specially designed and very strong just as attached pictures.
besides, our 19'', 22'',26''and 32'' ( upgrated model) touch monitor(replacement elo 1739L,1939L,2239L)have a sales promotion recently.we have 1000pcs for each model in stock so we can arrange the despatch swiftly.
