要弄一个8D报告给客人，一上班就在写，还是不行啊，哪位英语高手帮我参考看看咯以下
1.经清查我司库存产品，无客人反映的1#穴多胶问题，2#穴扣位底部有披峰现象的，已安排100%加工处理（清除披锋）.
1.In our stock,our client don’t complain the problem of excess glue in 1# cavity.And about problem that the bottom has excessive flash on2# cavity,we’ve arranged to handle it-----to elimate flashing.
2.召开异常讨论会,针对不良做原因分析提出有效的改善措施
2.Holding an meeting,to come up with the essential plan to solve those problems.
3. 经追踪我司生产记录，客人处9700PCS应该只有其中2500PCS(第1批出货)有1#穴多胶问题，后续交货的7200PCS左右均为2#穴产品，应该不存在多胶问题，暂由客人区分挑选使用3.After checking the production and shipment record,it shows that there are 2500pcs that has the problems of excess glue among the 9700pcs(this is the first batch),in the next delivery,in 2# cavity,there are about 7200pcs,which don’t have the excess glue problem,and client chooses to use.
D4 – Relentless Root Cause Analysis RRCA
因为此模具在正式放产前经过客人多次设变改模，导致模具斜顶与模仁配合精度有所下降，同时因模具斜顶为活动部件，在生产过程中经反复滑动磨擦而产生一定磨损，从而产生斜顶侧边披锋及底部多胶问题。
This set of mold has been modified so many time in design by client before mass production,that the lifter and die core have declined in precison,besides,the mold’s lifter is a flexible part,which is abraded by sliding friction during the production,thus the problems that lifter’s broadside has flashing and the bottom of lifer has excess glue are occurred.
D5 – Chosen Permanent Corrective Actions
即时安排模具维修，重新制作/更换12支斜顶,改善胶件披峰/多胶问题。
Arrange to repair mold,remake and change 12pcs lifter,to improve the flashing and excess glue problem.
D6 – Implemented Permanent Corrective Actions:
以上改善措施经试模确认改善批峰多胶问题已OK，从下一订单交货均为改善后产品。
The mold trial showes the problems of flashing and excess glue have been improved by the above improvement measures.From next delivery,they would be all improvement products.
D7 – Actions to Prevent Recurrence
后续生产对前壳显示屏安排平面的披峰/多胶问题列为重点管控项目加严检查，加强模具保养维护，发现问题及时改善，品保部加强监督检查，避免不良品的流出。The flashing and excess glue problem will be listed as the key control project, strengthen the mold’s maintance,....写不下去了

revised as this: After checking our stock, no the complain which appear excess glue in#1 cavity and excessive flash in the #2 cavity bottom, had arranged 100% processing (clear up the flashing).
呵呵~时间问题就对这句做了些许修改，仅供参考，如有不妥之处请指导。

以上修改因不清楚LZ行业，所以“1#穴”“2#穴扣位底部有披峰”这个地方是参考LZ的所翻译。。

这些我现在用重新翻译了一变。基本都搞定了，就剩之前红字的那些了，好纠结啊，暂由客人区分挑选使用这句话好烦人

个人觉得LZ可能中文意识较强，其实意思表达到位就好了不必每个字都要翻译出来，尽量避免中式化地去翻译。

Strengthen maintenance for the moulds, find out the problem and deal with it timely, the QA department must be improve supervision and inspection so that no defective product.
