这是一巴西客户想要样品，运费是800，样品费是300. 我跟他说走的是DHL，但是看他回的意思好像要走海运的意思. 求大神帮忙解读下，谢谢..Seriously speaking, we are now negotiating the Sea Freight with Ship Company, because just you have an idea, we pay:
-around 35% of the CIF value of Governemnt Import Duties my friend it's 35% over the cost plus the Freight plus the Insurance.
Sea Freight you gave US$ 8,000.00.Asia to Brazil... I am looking for Destination in Santos much cheaper and surface to Salvador.
-Plus the Value of the Resin....
Brasken is the only Brazilian Resin Supplier..... an the Oficcial Import Dow Chemical...
I planning to the next week, have a good Freigh Price, than we will make you an offer you'll can not
refuse.

他要走海运到巴西Santos，你给的海运价8K太高了，在等他自己货代的报价，下周可能有消息。
他的货代说要额外掏到港价35%的税费。
到时会给你一个目标价

CIF大约有35%的进口税，这是除了海运费，除了保险以外的费用（意思是他那边要承担的费用）
