Today i'm very angry with a France woman named pamela, she is very very fat woman and wearing a short curly hair.At first, i want to introduce her, she is not my clinet, just my colleague in France office, and i just come to this company for 2 month. That is to say i'm not famliar with her, just told to be carefully with her. Once she find my mistake, i'll be die. So during this time, i'm very cautious with all my work to avoid any mistakes. And i had to clarify that the price i quotated need her aproval, and same as design amd all the sample, when all is perfict, i can inform the factories to make mass production. The first time i met her was in the Canton Fair, she flight to our China office, and seemed very polite with all of us. At that monent, i had a very good impression of her.
But i've never think that she will be so rude to me by emails. Everytime she reply to me, never say dear xxx, ok, i accept it, i don't mind. and she say hope me can understand her, she had to handle all the files alone, so i tried to do all the things all alone not to bother her except for the approval. So when she shout that she was not a computer, hope me can give her more time, i also accept just inform the other colleagues to wait for a few days. But this time everthing urgent, she hasn't reply to me for almost half a month, today i talked to her on skype talked about the email, she said she got it. When i asked about the given time. She said like this: perhaps you can consider to let me time and don't talk to me like that,so please keep quiet……i totally speakless. Ok, i just keep quite, all your work i won't do for you.
Can smart you give me some advice how to deal with this woman?

is she your colleague or your leader?
everything you do should get here approval in advance?
I think you're contact with each other just by email. right?
If you can not get her reply prompt especiallly urgent things, then you should turn to your direct leader. If she is your leader,let her know all the things you do not for yourself,just for company.

she is just my colleague, but our orders is from france, so everything must informed to fr, then they inform our clients. so everything becomed complexed. As there 6-7 hours jet-lag, mostly we contact just by email or skype……

I quite understand you cos i was also working with some shit-the-fan guys in the company, but i was luckier than you that we could talk to each other and resolve the issues face to face.
since it's their responsiblity to inform the customer, why are you bothered about her attitude? if her response is sth of your concerns, u can, like someone proposed above, just report to your direct leader, by a manner of indirect criticism. Being angry doesnt do you any good, cos as far as ur concerned, it is ur job and if ur underperformance, it is you who are to be blamed from your leader.
