上司要我翻一份貌似是警告客户遵守合同信用按时付款的申明，中文是领导写的，下面是我翻的，请各位给予指导意见并对不适处和不妥当的地方给予修改，小弟在此谢谢大家！由于涉及到保密原因，特此隐藏对方公司与我方公司真名，对方用AAA代替，我方用BBB代替中文：
关于AAA与BBB合作的一些相关事宜
从2011年开始，BBB公司本着提供最优质的产品与服务的宗旨为AAA开发XXX，项目合作也是非常愉快。全年合作检具项目金额逾xx万人民币，而实际付款金额仅X万人民币，且每次支付货款拖延时间逾80天，并项目启动前没有预付款。这无形中给于供应商相当大的资金压力。而BBB公司依然把AAA的项目按时保质保量的完成了。所以无论从配合精神还是质量方面BBB公司都做得很好。
故BBB公司希望AAA作为国际大型的集团公司能从长远的共同利益出发，充分意识到供应商的生存和发展关系到AAA的根本利益，及时把供应商的货款按照合同约定的时间和条件支付给优质供应商BBB公司，做一个重责任，守信用的跨国公司，因为只有双赢的合作关系才是长久的合作关系。

Concerning some matters of cooperation between AAA and BBB
BBB began to establish business relationship with AAA in 2011. There is no doubt that we have provided a series of products with high quality for AAA.Our cooperation is going well and the value of those projects is over XX million RMB. However, AAA did not pay for all of these products, only X RMB total was received from AAA. Another problem is , every payment is overdue more than 80 days and there is no advance payment to us before the project is launched. BBB now has been under a lot of pressure on the turnover of funds. As a large international company, We believe that AAA
should pay much attention to your own responsibilities. AAA should be as the good example of honest and credible company among other same industry. Also, your side should set a high value on
our mutual benefits. AAA must acknowledge that the development of suppliers’ is related to the benefits of AAA itself. AAA is expected to pay to BBB promptly as our payment terms of contract
request.
