各位大虾，本人英语实在差，帮我翻译一下这两条合同，先谢谢！！1.If the product is approved, 30% of the contract price shall be invoiced in Written Notice that the plant is ready for dispatch, 30% shall be invoiced on arrival of the plant at the site. The remaining part of the contract price shall be invoiced at taking over. Normal payment condition is 60 days after received invoice. As alternative a payment plan linked to the project plan and the cash flow need for this plan can be agreed. This has to be done in writing and has to be linked to the contract
2.30% of the Contract Price shall be invoiced at the formation of the contract. If the contractor fails to produce a product as the sample given to the contractor and approved by the purchaser this prepayment will be fully paid back to the purchaser and no further payments will be made.

这个都看不懂的话， 做外贸估计比较难啊
1. 说的是开发票和发票的结算期
2. 说的是订金支付， 这个最好做前T/T
