找人帮我翻译啊，我有票货去印度的，走海运，提单上面的收货人必须要有进出口经营权。但我的英语好烂，有没有人能帮我翻译几句呢？内容如下：我准备安排海运走货给你。但提单上面的收货人必须要有进出口经营权和可以为此票货物清关的。如果贵司没有进出口经营权，也可以找代理。

we plan to deliver your cargos by sea.but the consigneer showned on BL must have import and export operation Right and could arrange custom clearance.if not, the customs declaration agent is also available

I am going to ship the cargo by sea. On the B/L, it should mention consignee whom is allowed to fulfill import contract and to follow up customs clearance. In the case that your company doesn't have import rights, we would suggest you consult a broker/trader.

And export/import managerial authority should be availble for the CNEE to follow up customs clearance, if not, you could turn to agencies with this right.

我自己是这样翻译的：
We are going to deliver your goods by sea . But the consignee of the bill of lading must own the qualification of imports and export, and you can make customs clearance of your goods. If not ,you can find agency.
