1.1 seller undertakes to put the goods in assortment,for the prices and in quantity(amount)specified in the appendices.being the integral part of the present contract made on each party of the goods.the quantity of the goods and full assortment can as to be specified in cargo to the specification .the seller undertakes to pass the goods to the buyer and the buyer undertakes to accept these goods and to pay for him the certain money sum.(pric)卖方保证根据APPREDICES里面所描述的价格，数量（总额）对产品进行分类，货物的数量跟种类必须是按照规定的。卖方保证将货物运给买方，买方保证将款付给卖方。
2.3seller bears responsibility other state formalities and should pay all export duties both all other taxes and state charges in the country in the country of manufacture of the goods.
卖 方负责在其国家的所有出口关税
5.1the goods specified in the present contract will be delivered according to buyer's orders.if buyer's obligation under article 4.1 of the present contract is fulfilled
合同中规定的货物，买方有义务按照4.1履行。
5.5the goods are imported on customs territory of Russian federation .the conditions of delivery on each party(Set) of the goods are stipulated in the appendices to the present contract.
货物进口到俄罗斯联邦地区。运输条件将按照本合同中的规定执行。
6.1the goods shall be packed and /or set to the tare in accordance with the buyer's requirements stipulated in the appendices to the present contract and to the demands which are usually made to package (tare)of such kind of goods.The goods shall not be delivered in damaged package (tare).The package (tare)of the goods shall ensure safety of the goods from any kind of damage during their transformation taking into account several reloading on the way and storage till expiration date of the goods.
货物的包装将按照买方的要求包装。货物包装不得破损。必须保证货物在运输过程中是安全的。
6.2seller has responsibility before buyer for damage or damage of goods because of faulty packing.
如果由于错误的包装而导致产品破坏，破损，卖方得负责。
7.1any disputes and differences arising between the parties in the circumstances of this contract will be settled as the parties through negotiations or in court
如果双方对本合同有任何争执或者分歧，将通过法庭解决。
8.other terms其他条款
8.1any of the parties has no right to pass to the third party completely or partially all rights and duties under the present contract.without preliminary written consent of other party.
任何一方都无权将本合同的内容转给第三方。
8.2any changes and additions to the present contract will be valid and integral parts of the contract only if they are writing .and signed by both seller and buyer.
对本合同内容的任何修改，补充只能双方重新同意签署才有效。
8.3any changes for the present contract are valid only under condition of if they are accomplished in writing and are signed by the representatives,authorized to that of the parties.The facsimile copy signed by both parties .is the valid document.
对于本合同的任何修改，除了双方具有权利的代表人签署才有效的。
8.7Form the moment of signing the present contract all previous correspondence.documents and the negotiation between the parties on questions being a subject of the present contract looses force.
本合同是经过双方讨论后，同意签署的。
