加拿大进出口外贸客户丢了,恳求大家帮忙翻译一下,谢~~三个月之后的新问题

客户因我们的产品问题,选择了其他的供应商,以下是客户邮件:

I am sorry to tell You that we moved our monitor supplier to GTD.
Resons was a few.
A/  The packing was never acceptable, and allways we recieved damadge monitors. Still You were kind to supply replacement. But it still creatd to much headache for us.
B/   We are now using much bigger volume, and Your supply was always late.
C/   GTD supply us with Tempered (vandal proof) panels, that we prefer.
D/    The pricing
I thank you for the businesses we did, and keep me posted when Your improve to match our requirements.
Sorry for the bad news, but i feel i need to keep you informed.

新问题:


我当时按照Kennyism的翻译给客户回的邮件,都快三个月了,客户还是没有回复我,郁闷啊...........
我中途将我们改进后的纸箱图片也发客户了。

三个月过去了,我该如何给客户发个邮件呢?恳请高手指教,万分感谢!

Packing carton improved. You will glad to find that new packing carton is more durable with very fine quality, we also optimise its size to meet the requirement of long-distance transportation. So the packing headache is gone.

Inventory plan established. Product's stock keeping unit(SKU) will maintains at 500-800PCS, so we can soonest arrange the supply for you whenever you place an order(about 500PCS).  Moreover, our storehouse in Netherlands will be on service in next year, European clients like you can get their supplies  much quicker. So the supply headache is gone.

是这样的,我们公司之前是做内贸的,今年刚开始做外贸,就一个业务员做,不巧的是他刚离职,新的外贸业务还没来,让我先顶替下。我的英语水平实在是不敢恭维,借助词典才能勉强把客户邮件看懂,所以..............

We have noticed factory to replace the high quality carton with stronger rigidity, and quality will be excellent. Besides, in view of long-term transportation. Inner space of carton is also adjusted reasonably. We think the carton through imrovement will not lead to damage products.

2、我们现在对常用的几个型号分别预生产了500-800PCS做为库存,客户500PCS以内的订单我们都可以快速的交货。另外我们预计明年在荷兰设立仓库,这样更快速的服务欧洲客户。

Oh, it’s really a bad news for me, I feel pity for that. But can you listen to me and think it again?
We’ve made a lot changes after receive your opinion.  

a. We have asked supplier chance the carton to a new one, which with high hardness. And for the long transportation, we’ve made some chances of the inner space. I believe that the packing will not damage at next time.
b. We have prepared 500-800PCS as the stock, so that we can provide goods immediately for the order within this quantity. Furthermore, we are going to set a warehouse in Holland next year. We can give service to Europe marketing ASAP then.
c. If you order is big enough, we may reconsider our price. We can quote you a competitive price. Please trust me.
d. Moreover, we can provide you more about the after service. Such as, we can give you 5-7PCS samples for free when your order above 300PCS.

I hope we can keep good relationship still, thank you very much for all.

另外 我不是纯翻译的 我比较喜欢意译 根据情况作出的回复  不过也能表达楼主的意思
