我想回复客人邮件,内容大概如下:"对不起,昨天说不可以寄正本提单给你,现在再次同船公司沟通过,得知电放还没做,可以改寄正本提单,提单你们是否还需要修改,电放RMB300元可转为修改提单的修改费,但请尽快修改,否则货物到达,还没收到正本提单."
英文应怎样表达呢?中文我都觉得自己表达到好似一旧晕.

“电放RMB300元可转为修改提单的修改费”这句语的意思是：之前我帮客人做电放，付了300元给船公司，现在客人说要转为寄正本提单，那么这已付的300元电放费，就剩余在那里了。现在客人又说想修改正本提单，而修改正本提单的费用也是300元，那么就可以将原来打算做电放的300元转为修改提单的300元费用了，不需再支付修改提单的费用。
But you need modify the BL asap,cost 300 USD
这样表达合适吗？这需的意思好似是说改修提单，就需要支付300元？

Sorry for the confused yesterday.. we Just got a reconfirmation from shipping company that we can get The Original BL instead of TXL...
and create RMB 300 for this changed accordingly.But we donot need to make an etxra payment as we have already paid RMB 300 for the TXL..It is balance..
PLs double check & confirm your information ASAP.. so that we get the BL before the Cargo arrival..

Sorry, yesterday I said we were not able to send the original Bill of Lading to you. After consulting with the shipping company again, we learn that Telex Release hasn't been effected. So it is possible to modify the Bill of Lading,but it involves a modifying fee of RMB300,which can be deducted from Telex Release fee. Please modify as soon as possible, Otherwise the original Bill of Lading can not arrive in time.
