1.0目的 Objective:
根据海关规定，保证XX公司成品能顺利报关出区并送达XX公司进行再加工.
According to customs regulations, to guarantee the products can delivery to XX from XX smoothly.
2.0范围 Scope:
适用于公司所有已在海关备案的成品出货.
Apply to all the shipments of items which have registered in customs about XX.
3.0内容Contents:
3.1 定义 Definitions：
3.1.1 成品出货 Finished products shipment:
根据客户需求将XX所生产的成品顺利结转至XX的出口报关行为.
The action of export customs clearance about the items that produced in XX can transit to XX successful as the clients’ requests.
3.2 操作程序operating procedure:
3.2.1 成品出货条件Conditions of finished products shipment:
3.2.1.1 各型号成品出货必须有在海关电子帐册备案
All the items must have been recorded on The Customs Electronic Account Book.
3.2.1.2各型号成品的出货数量必须在每月海关关封备案的数量指标内;
每月出货数量由生产部于上一月10日左右向关务组发出数量申请,关务组收到后即向海关申请关封审批。
Every month, the quantity of every item must be in the range of the custom seals quota.
The expected quantity about all items needs to provide to Customs Division by PD about last 10th. Then Customs Division will apply for the Custom seals from the Custom.
3.2.2 成品出货数量资料及给出时间
The documents of finished products shipment and the time points
3.2.2.1 每次出货明细表由生产部以邮件的形式发给进出口部及相关部门；明细表须保证与实际出货品名、型号、
数量等信息相符；并以邮件及电话的形式及时通知关务组。
PD send the details form to Import&Export Dept. and other related depts through Emails; The details form must match the actual Name of Commodity, Type, Quantity and other information; And PD needs to confirm with Customs Division by call.
3.2.2.2周一至周五的出货明细表须在上午9:00前，下午2:30前提供；周六周日及节假日出货须根据海关是否安排
值班而定，若有海关人员值班的情况下（周日海关通常不值班，企业因特殊情况需要出货的话须周五向海
关提出申请且经海关同意后方可安排周日下午出货）上午9:00前，下午2点前提供出货明细表
From Monday to Friday, the details form need to be provided before 9:00 am and 2:30 pm; On Weekends or the festival and holiday , according to the on –duty arrangement about the Customs. In on-duty situation, (Normally ,Customs will not be on duty on Sunday unless the enterprises apply for the specials on Friday ,then can arrange the shipments on Sunday afternoon through Customs approval,) the details form need to be provided before 9:00am and 2:00 pm.
3.2.3 成品出货时间 shipping time:
成品出货车辆需在海关下班时间前至少半小时到达海关查验场，等待报关员报关。
The trucks need to arrival at the customs inspection field at least a half hour early before customs off duty time, waiting for customs clearance.
3.2.3.1海关的工作时间 （海关周六周日及节假日安排值班的人员较少，值班的时间较短）
周一至周五 上午 9:30---11:30, 下午 14:30---16:30；周六、日 下午 14:00---15:00。
Customs working time schedule (fewer officers will be on duty on weekends or festival and holiday, the working hours will be shorter )
Monday – Friday: 9:30am ---11:30am; 14:30pm---16:30pm
Weekends: 14:00pm---15:00pm
3.2.4 出货成品报关手Export Declaration Producer of Finished Products
3.2.4.1 进出口部关务组确认生产部提供的“入库出货通知”
Customs Division confirm the “Delivery to and from Warehouse Notice” provided by PD.
3.2.4.2 报关员根据生产部提供的“入库出货通知”，填写海关“出口加工区货物实际结转情况登记表”、
“保税货物实际结转情况登记表”
The customs clearance officer fill out the “EPZ Cargoes actual transferred registration form” and “Bonded cargoes actual transferred registration form” based on the “Delivery to and from Warehouse Notice” made by PD.
3.2.4.3 待仓库装车完毕后，货车开至海关查验台等候，并由生产部人员及时通知报关员货物已离开公司并
到达海关查验台
After the loading ,the trucks drive to customs inspection port ,and the PD notify the customs clearance officer that the truck has left for the inspection port in time.
3.2.4.4 根据通知报关员现场报关，海关关员审核签单后由报关员带货车至闸口放行出区
The customs clearance officer will point the trucks to out of the EPZ from the gate after declaration on-the-spot and customs approved.
3.2.4.5 一个关封截止后，进出口部关务组再进行报关单申报，完成已备案成品出货报关手续
When the Customs seal ended, the Customs Division declare customs declaration and complete the formalities of the export declaration.
4.0 附表Attachments
4.1 “入库出货通知”“Delivery to and from Warehouse Notice”
4.2 “出口加工区货物实际结转情况登记表”、“保税货物实际结转情况登记表”
“EPZ Cargoes actual transferred registration form”
“Bounded cargoes actual transferred registration form”

我觉得挺好的，你看着像是谷歌翻译的么?就算你要是真的是这样想的，要么啥都别说要么你就拿出你自己的意见啊。
人辛辛苦苦翻译的，总比某些上来就发一大段的人好多了吧？你说是不是？

楼主翻译的也太死板了，感觉就是一个字一个字翻译出来的，一点都不懂的变通，难道真是谷歌翻译的？

当然是借助了翻译，但也不是整段整段翻的，我也觉得是有些死板，但是很多中国专有名词，我不知道应该怎么表达啊！
所以请各位高手帮忙说说，哪些地方要改改，怎么改。随便一句2句的，提点建议吧，在这谢谢各位啊，不然我都不敢就这么交差啊。
