Our company is a small company which is speclized in automotive gauge design and production. Nearly all of my coworkers are mould desingers or design engineers.i am the only oneacknowledged nothing about machinery,because i am the english major ,to be selected as an assistant of our manager.
To be frank, i'm not that interested in machinery but only the company itself pushed me here. Many of our customers are overseas abroad which provided me plentiful chances to improve my
business english skills. In order to be irreplaceable in our company to help our manager to deal with all sorts of business english affairs, i spent lots of time surfing the net to search for english related
information which burnt our manager's oil. He blamed me of learning english too much and never teach other coworkers including him on how to study english well. But he never teach me the basic
knowledge of machinery, never.He forced me to provide an english training schedule and requested me to give them lectures of all the english skills which i have known by all. He wanted all of his
designers skillful in both the english and machinery design, and then i will be kicked out from our company.
i thought myself a puppet who was only used in improving the english ability of his machinery staffs with less money and time (because if he sent them to the professional english traning school ,
it will takes him more time and money), i felt very angry about this and relunctant to be used as he wishes me to do. As his understrapper, whether can i directly say "no" to him or just keep silent and
obey what he requested to teach them english and then waited to be fired when others catch up with my english abilities?

if you can't change the enviroment,pls try to adapt it.complain can't not improve yourself.

I thihk your English is very good,you 'd better change a company.there are many better company than this one.
You can be a sales of a professional english traning school ,that's much better and more money than this work.
我觉得你在入职之前就应该先问好自己的职责所在，如果不和你的兴趣一致，且没有明确的职业未来规划的话，还是不要轻易就职。
如果招聘方食言的话，那就果断点，否则我觉得大家不会有愉快的合作经历的。大家都是出来赚钱，互相选择而已

If you really don't like this way, leave thoroughly. From your article, I can judge your English is above the general level. You can hunt for a better job in other lines and companies. Wish you goog luck in the coming year.

是的，招聘方食言了，当时进来时承诺努力把我培养成一个全面的项目经理，现在看来完全就是为他的已经定下的另外的项目经理做嫁衣，给他们廉价培训英语来的，我真的入错行了看来

要学会拒绝。这种无理的要求必须拒绝。如果非得让你拿出详细的英语学习计划去教那些人，可以，交学费就行了。

1.you dont like what you are doing .
2.your boss just want you be a teacher for his other employee,forcing you to teach them ,even him ,which is extremly unfair
3.it seems that there is nothing to be learned in your company ,just shareing
so .change your job and tell your GM what you are suppoed to say to him -----you really reason for your resignment directly

I can c ur english is quite gud, u can have more chances in other fields and my point is u can choose what to do next. Dont be pessimistic n passive. Be happy coz u r good at english, u r qualified.
