3.1. The supplied Product is provided with certificate of origin of Manufacturer. The quality of the supplied Product shall correspond to International standards of quality and shall be confirmed by appropriate certificate (if possible).

3.2. The Product ready for shipment in the required volume may be inspected for compliance with the requirements of this Contract in the presence of a representative of the BUYER and at the expense of BUYER.

3.3. The supplied Product shall be guaranteed not to wear out for 2 (two) years from the date of shipment (p.5.2 of the Contract).

5.2. The SELLER within 20 days preceding the delivery of the product shall notify the BUYER by e-mail of the readiness of the product for shipment, correct volume and correct quantity of containers needed for loading. The Date of shipment is date of loading of Product on the board of vessel (indicated in the Bill of Lading), hereinafter referred to as Date of Shipment. The BUYER shall inform the Seller 20 days before shipment the contact information of its carrier agent. The shipment can be effected only through BUYER’s carrier agent. The SELLER within 2-3 days inform the BUYER of booking containers or of the reason which make booking impossible. The SELLER arrange all export customs formalities.
5.2. 卖方要在发货的20天内通过邮件通知买方准备就绪的货物，确切的立方数跟需要装运的集装箱的数量。所说的发货期指的是货物已经装上船的日期（在提单上显示）以下都参照这个发货日期。买方将在发货20天前通知卖方货代的合同信息。发货的手续都只将由买方的货代来操作。之后卖方要在2-3天之内通知买方订舱，或者无法订舱的原因。卖方将安排所有出口海关手续
As may be agreed by Parties the SELLER is allowed not to issue Original Bills of Lading but to make a telex-release of the Bill of Lading or deliver Bills of Lading (3 Originals) to agent of shipping line in port of loading/departure with notification of the BUYER by copy of Bill of Lading with shipping line marks. SELLER must e-mail the BUYER this copy at the day when Original BL was submitted to agent of shipping line in port of loading/departure.
如果双方不同意出正本提单，但同意出电放单，经过双方同意，如果做提单电放，卖方可以签发提单正本或是直接发送提单的副本及航线唛头到买方所通知的航线的起运港货是卸货港的代理处。卖方必须在货代签发这份提单正本的当天发邮件告知买方。
5.7. In case the Product shall be supplied non assembled and compose several packaging places, equal quantity of this packing places shall be loaded to each truck, in order to after assembling The BUYER receives whole selling units without access or shortage of disassembled parts.

7.1. The BUYER shall effect partial payment in USD according to Specifications. Specification to be issued for each loaded container. The BUYER shall effect a 30% prepayment from the total amount of Contract agreed by both Parties on the date of signing the Contract 4 135,50 USD (Four thousand one hundred thirty five USD and 50 cents) prepayment during 25 (twenty five) bank working days from the day the Contract signed by both sides and 70% payment from the total amount of Contract on the date of signing the Contract 9 649,50 USD (Nine thousand six hundred forty nine USD and 50 cents) balance payment are to be paid against copies of shipping documents within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receiving of a copy of the original of Bill of Lading on the Product issued by the Shipping line after draft has been agreed.
7.1. 买方将根据说明书用美元付款。买方将根据双方同意，在银行工作日的25天内，付货柜总额的30%货款作为定金。即USD4135.50.
70%余款，即USD9649.50.将在收到装运单证复件的15个工作日付。从收到船公司出具的正本提单副页的日期开始

=>>The original C/O has to/shall be provided for all products by the supplier, and the quality of the products shall meet the International exporting standards ,with certificates(if possible).
