客户发来一份电机故障分析，boss要我翻译给工厂~~ 本人水平不够，求各位高手帮帮忙啊，谢谢了！！！The switch spring (1) appears to be pushed on to the shaft but its location is not fixed. The distance between the spring and the contact (2) has an effect on the time it takes to switch from the Start capacitor to the Run capacitor.
This affects the current drawn by the motor as shown in the graph below. Initially current is drawn through the Start cap, if the cf switch does not actuate the current would continue up to ~35 amps. As soon as the switch actuates the current will drop to the running current ~4.5 amps. However, if the switch is too slow it might not actuate before the customers fuse blows (shown below at 20amps).

开关的弹簧(spring）（图1处）看起来是应该压缩在摇杆（传轴）上面的，但是不怎么牢固。当机器从Start Capacitor（开关按钮）切换至Run Capacitor（运行按钮）时，弹簧和摇杆的接头之间的距离（图2处）有一些（不正常的）效应（？）。
这个效应导致在当前的绘图进程中，例如：打开机器，按“Start Cap”进行绘图，如果那个CF开关不能开动机器的话，当前绘图依旧会运行至 35 amps（不懂这个）。只要CF开关能开动机器，绘图（的速度？）就会减至4.5amps。不过，要是开关速度太慢的话，在机器运作之前，保险丝就烧断了，显示器显示低于20amps。
