我们的订单在客人在线网站上确认的，最近客人有个邮件可是是CHANGE状态，我回复评论了NO并备注：这票货已经在海运中客人的回复是：
I do not see any comments you make.… they Buyers do see them.
Any comments you make on the portal when you mark it NO will go onto a report and go to the buyer to make the changes.Once a decision is made another change will come thru adjusting the date to what you have told them.
到底是什么意思呢？？

对方的意思应该是你们没有及时告知他们货物出运的情况。

看不大懂。 好像是说你一旦在网站是标注了NO ，写了评论，网站就会报告给买方进行更改。一旦买方决定按照你要求的改了，更新信息的时候又会出现change 状态。
