The BUYER shall effect partial payment in USD according to Specifications. Specification to be issued for each loaded container. The BUYER shall effect a 30% prepayment from the total amount of Contract agreed by both Parties on the date of signing the Contract 4 135,50 USD prepayment during 25 bank working days from the day the Contract signed by both sides and 70% payment from the total amount of Contract on the date of signing the Contract 9 649,50 USD balance payment are to be paid against copies of shipping documents within 15 working days from the date of receiving of a copy of the original of Bill of Lading on the Product issued by the Shipping line after draft has been agreed.买方将根据说明书用美元付款。买方将根据双方同意，在银行工作日的25天内，付货柜总额的30%货款作为定金。即USD4135.50.

13.4. The Contract comes into effect from the date of signing and is in force until 31, December, 2011. In case none of the Parties within 3 (three) months before date of expiry of Contract will not inform other Party in written about intention to terminate the Contract, the period of validity of the Contract to be considered extended for every following calendar year. The assortment, quantity, price of the Product, dates of delivery to be agreed by Parties by signing additional agreements to the Contract and in Specifications which are the integral part of the Contract.
13.4. 合同从2011年12月31日起签名才有效。在合同有效期3个月内，任何一方不得通知一方解除合同。合同的有效期将于下一年才开始生效。品种，数量，产品的价格，装运日期，必须由双方同意签署补充协议，合同和规格，这是合同的组成部分。

蛮好的 如果是给你的老板看 请在仔细改改 第二段部分有问题：合同于签订之日起生效直至2011年12月31日。如果双方在合同满期日期前的3个月内没有以书面方式通知另一方终止合同，则合同有效期将被认为自动延期一年，

个人觉得这个合同条款写的很啰嗦，甚至多处重复。此文
其实就是合同条款中经常见到的30%70%条款。很容易理解。
请注意这里的Specifications不是说明书，是“具体规定”的意思。

Specification 实际指的就是装运单证。
因为从后面看，他一共就是付2次，一次定金，一次在收到单证复件后付。翻成买方将根据装运单证执行分批付款，装运单证在装船后签发。
还有第二段你翻的错的，具体参考2楼。
