上面所说的纸质，是否就是单独以纸质报关单形式向海关申报？这个就不需要做电子申报了吗？

现在报关应该都是电子和纸质两种方式相结合，先用电子申报，然后再打印出纸质的在规定的期限内向海关申报交单。你上面的英语跟电子申报和纸质申报没关系的。

我同意4楼的说法，其实这里说的含有纸质，应该是你们报关进口的此票货物，我不知道具体是指货物纸质的包装还是指你们的货物就含有纸的成分的，你自己没有说明白的哦！！！
