4.11的船期，刚被告知货被甩了，整个40尺 的货都没走，所有这条船去PIRAEUS的全没走，原因是爆仓。货物会转到下一班船 4.18。.想跟客人解释一下，用英语该怎么说啊？？

The products ‘s Sail Schedule was 11th， Apirl，but now we heard that there is some thouble with the ship distribution system. The ship to Piraeus can not set out on time. Any new information,we will let you know ASAP.Sorry to tell you this,Hope you can understand.Thank you very much!

Dear John,
Forwarder informed all the goods sent to Piraeus have been left because shipping space is full.
The container will catch the vessel of COSCO ETD 18 th of April from Shanghai Port.
Any news will be informed if we get.

Informed by the forwarder,our shipment failed to catch the Vessel on Apr11th,to be delayed to Apr18th.
