这个单子谈的很费劲，最后来的合同对方加了这么一段，想把意思理解的确切些，请高手帮帮忙翻译一下，先谢谢了！The seller warrants that all goods supplied will be brand new are of good workmanship and in accordance with the specification stated in the PO. On notification that the goods are defective or do not meet the specifications, seller shall at its own expense, collect the goods from buyers warehouse or any other designated collection area and deliver replacement goods to the same point . if it is necessary to release the goods or part thereof to the seller for repair of the defect or replacement, seller shall be liabe for all cost and risk associated with the receive and resupply , including but not limited to the cost of removal and /or dismantling of such defective good and the reinstallation of the replaced or repaired goods
The seller shall deliver replacement of repaired goods or part thereof at seller’s cost on term acceptable to the buyer

大概就是说货要全新的跟PO要求相符的。
不然卖方要自费负担退运的运费，并且再负责将重发货物运至目的地的运费。之类之类的。。
