下面邮件是写给客户的，请求高手给予修改，拜托啦。If need our goods deliver to Ningbo on 4/1/2012, we must ship them out from Xi'an on or about Mar. 26-27. I'm worry about 2 point as below.
1, If ship goods to Xianju Factory, I'm so worry about the master carton would be damage, because the truck so lack to Xianju.Maybe it will be transfered 3-4 times from Xi'an to Xianju.
2, We think that Xianju is far from Ningbo Port, the Drayage Charges is too high from Xianju to Ningbo Port for us. If so, it exceeded our 5% surcharge . Please understand !
So, can you please confirm us to ship the goods to Ningbo Port directly?
We are looking forward to hearing your early confiramtion.

这里说 货物4.1号要到达宁波的话，3.26-27就得从西安发货？

If we follow you suggestion. I am worrying sth as following
1: The master carton might damage in the long way(我不懂你的truck so lack ）and it need much time.
2:It will cause freight charges rising. it exceeded 5% surcharge for us.
is it possible to ship goods in Ningbo Port directly ? waiting for you reply.

If you need us deliver the products to Ningbo on 4/1/2012,we must start shippment from Xi’an on/about Mar.26-27.But there are 2 points in my worry as follows:
1,if delivery goods to Xianju Factory,,I’m afraid the master carton would be damaged,due to there are so less trucks to Xianju,maybe it should take 3-4 times transfer to Xianju from Xi’an.
2,it is so far from Ningbo to Xianju,the freight is too high for us,if so,it will exceed us 5%surcharge.
For convenient and fast,why not ship the goods to Ningbo Port directly? Please understand

If our goods needs to be delivered to Ningbo on April. 1st, 2012, we must ship them out from Xi'an on or about Mar. 26. But I worry aboutwo points as below.

2, We think that as Xianju is far from Ningbo Port, and the drayage charge is too high from Xianju to Ningbo Port for us. If the goods is so delivered , it will involve 5% more surcharge. Please understand !
So, could you please let us to ship the goods to Ningbo Port directly?

If the goods are planed to be delivered to Ningbo on April 1st, 2012, we will have to arrange the shipping date at March 26th or 27th. But there are some problems please check below:
1) Master cartons may be damaged by the long-way shipment and I think we have to partial ship the goods by 3 to 4 times due to the shortage of trucks.
2) Additional charges will occur! We think that Xianju is far from Ningbo Port, the Drayage Charges is very high from Xianju to Ningbo Port.
So, we highly recommend that ship the goods to Ningbo Port directly, or we will have to surcharge you for 5% of the total value! Please hope you can understand!
