如题 只需要点出我的疑问 不求翻译Facility Engineer
1. Act as civil engineer to work with Project team, Construction Management
Company, Design team, Supervision team and Contractors to build the facility
according to Caterpillar and China standards.
2. In charge of management the civil works for the facility. Plan and
execute the maintenance/innovation/development; ensure the facilities and
equipments to meet the technical and EHS requirements.
3. In charge of the routine maintenance and examination.
4. Provide engineering support by overseeing installation and
calibration/validation of civil works based on design and performance
specifications; Organize facility modifications/improvements for operations
and maintenance as a technical resource.
5. Manage contractors and ensure facility maintenance and construction
projects could be accomplished on time and with high quality.
6. Responsible for the troubleshooting, repairing and quarterly/annual
maintenance of different facility utilities.
7. In charge of the purchasing request and delivery schedule for the spare
parts.
Requirements:
1:Bachelor Degree or above in Civil Engineering is required
2:At least 5 years work experience as Civil Engineer or Facility engineer
3:Good organizational and communication abilities
4:Familiar with local codes, standard regulations and their implementation
5:Good English communication skill

设备工程师吧。。。facility是设备的意思。。。

要设备工程师管理建筑设备，所以要求或有土木工程师经历。

这是一则招聘广告吧。Facility Engineer字面意思是设备工程师，但招聘内容又侧重土木工程师。
