您说我们要补100g，但是这是个粘稠的液体，不可能会损失100gg的，所以请您发一张关于真实重量的照片。我们公司有规定，任何有关于包装问题造成的货物损失的，我们必须看到照片，再决定补发货物！谁能帮忙翻译下，感觉自己写的很奇怪！

you said we must make up for 100g,but this is a sticky liquid , not could lost 100g , so please send a true picture of the weight of about.our compnay has a regulation,any about packing the cause of the loss of the goods,we must see photos,then decided to reissue the goods!

碰到这种问题首先要和客户道歉，不管到底是不是我们的错，语气要委婉，不要会惹恼客户的，我是这么写的，你可以借鉴一下：
We are sorry for hear that there is shortage of your products,as you know our product is sticky liquid,also these products must be inspected strictly by our quality control departmentbefore packing ,and then the customs inspect it carefully before shipment, it's impossible to short of 100g.if there is shortage caused by packing indeed,we willing to dispatch the shortage to you. In order to we can dispatch the correct product to you early,could you please send us some picture for reference to confirm which kinds of product is short.Caused any inconvenience please you understand.Thanks very much!
