Fold the instruction leaflet 4 times to size 52.5 x 74.25mm. Pack instruction leaflet into the display carton.Pack the lights into the display carton.
Secure the display carton with 1 tamper evident seal.
Position price label to the display carton as illustrated above.
Pack 75 display cartons into a B/C flute double walled corrugate outer with tissue paper between each product to prevent scratching.
Place a B flute single walled corrugate score card on top of the products to protect from knife damage when the outer is opened.
Seal the outer lid flaps with clear tape.
Affix the box end label to the top right hand corner of the smallest side face of the outer.
Maximum shipping carton dimension 600 x 600 x 900mm
Maximum Shipping Carton Weight 15kg (cartons over 12.5kg require a “2 man lift” label)

我的理解如下，因为不知道你们具体的产品，所以翻译的时候难免有错误，你可以借鉴一下，希望可以帮到你：
产品的使用说明书要折4次，大小52.5 x 74.25mm，使用说明书要放在每个展示用的盒子（也就是你们包装产品的彩盒）里面。每个盒子上要有警示标语，确保每个盒子里面有1处明显的警示标语。价格标签要贴在有彩图的那一面，为了避免产品有刮痕，在每个产品之间要放隔板，每75个彩盒装一外箱，要那种双层的波浪形的包装纸，（估计就是要厚一点外箱）。当外箱打开的时候为了避免产品受到利器如刀的损害，请在产品的最上面放一张单层的 B 型的波浪纸板。要用透明的胶带封箱，在封箱的时候要注意把胶带封在外箱最小的面（其实就是我们最常规的封箱法）。外箱的最大尺寸是600 x 600 x 900mm，外箱最多重达15KG，如果超过12.5KG就必须贴有两人才能举的标签。
