就是说：那个被认为最适合当地海关的商品编码。
为什么我这么问货代呢？因为我们之前报关出口的都用：套装纸制品，有书有纸盒那种，然后客户直接用BOOKS 从他们那里进口，而我之前提供给货代申报AMS的HS CODE，看起来就不对了。纠结
请问如何表述更好？
