Sample will be delayed by few days because of sth wrong in transport calibration certificate。

i am sorry to tell you that the sample will be delayed. because there are some trouble with the Transportation appraisal certificate. we should to amend. we will express it asap.

I am sorry to say that the sample sending date will be delayed becuse we found some problem on the Trasportation Certificate and it need to be amended. we will send you immediately after get the correct Transportatin Certificate.

个人认为一句就行了
The sample will be delayed for few days later, for transport license.
因为无需告诉对方具体问题，因为运输检验证书有错，只需要因为运输检验证书问题即可，
另外，个人认为不能用certificate, 而要用license，它有许可的含义.

We are so sorry about the delay, due to the mistake on the Transport certificate of Authenticity, we are applying a amendment now, samples will be sent by XXX. (给个日期，最好在客人允许的范围，要不然你DELAY了都已经很不好了，过了他的容许度更加麻烦了。)
看客户样品用来做什么的，再适当加上几句，若不急，加上，Thank you for ur understand.
若急再加上，You will get the samples on XXX. (XXX最好也在客户允许范围内，不然过了期样品要来也没有用了。)
