Sorry to don’t reply. As I told you are not allowed to pay for the samples and To test the product I need 4 samples. Understand that before purchase your product we must pass some test and some test for sure will destroy the machine.
What I will do is talked to my engineer and adjust the number of samples that I have to ask you. If I can reduce it I hope that you also can manage to get the rest FOC.
As sooner we solve this problem sooner we will start testing. On Monday I will try to reply you. Meanwhile I would ask you the send us the sample that you can send us. With only one sample we could advance some test

rest FOC:
FOC= free of charge
意思应该是剩下的样品免费给他们

邮件大意：
样板是不能付费的，而且样板数量是4个，因为买产品前要测试，而且有的是破坏性测试（这个知道吧）。
我和工程技术人员谈一下是否可以减少样板数量，如果我搞定了希望你能把其他的搞定，
FOC 应该是free of charge 既免费的意思。（免费提供）
这些是会搞定，星期一试着回复你，同时希望你能给我几个就给几个哪怕是一个我们也能做一些测试。
