我们有票货因商检做的不规格,海关要求重做,这样就延误了交货时间。客户很不满意,并说"the situation is very very bad.If the monitors will not send yet it will be disaster.We will have to demand our money back,if they will not here Thursday we don't need them."按照合同上规定,交货期应该是5月28号。我们现在重做的商检凭条要到30号下午才能出来,我们定的是31号的航班。以下是我准备给客户写的邮件,大家帮忙看看,欢迎大家提意见和建议,万分感谢!!“I just came back from Shanghai custom,we regret to tell you that the customs has put on some new Commodity inspection requirements, so we have to re-inspect the goods by the Customs. As a result, it may delay the delivery time.Now the goods in the custom warehouse,they need inspection.
For our prat,we have organised the new materials for the customs to check.In order to make you reveive the goods in time,we negotiate with the forwarder and ask them to try their best to use direct line,also we will contact DHL express(door to door service),if their faster,we will choose them.We guarantee that you can receive before next Tuesday.
Dear friend,we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this,we knew you didn't expect that,frankly speaking,me neither,but now it has happened,could you please think it over and understanding for us?We really appreciate for what you did and respect for any decision you make,thanks."

我觉得客户可能故意吓唬你,给你施加压力的。什么货那么急,今天就已经周二了,2天的时间发什么也到不了啊。

I just came back from Shanghai custom,we regret to tell you that the goods need to be re-inspected beause of some new Commodity inspection requirements. As a result, it may delay some days. And the goods are in the custom warehouse now.

The goods need to be re-inspected by the Customs on 29th, and they will provide the result tomorrow afternoon (on 30th), the goods will be picked up by direct line on 31st (the fastest line), I’m sure t the good will arrive at your port on June 1st.
We understand your situation, and having tried our best to catch the earliest and the fastest air-line.

1)为什么会有这个新或重新检验?若是重检验,是不是你们的工厂材料的问题??到底影响我的产品吗?
2)For our prat,we have organised the new materials for the customs to check. 这句让我想到,你们是不是出货是一种材料,检验是一种材料,到底给我的材料 是合格还是不合格???
3)你可以解释一下这个新规定会给客户带来什么好处,最好是能说明他们那边的好处。
