A prospective bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding documents may notify EGAT in writing or facsimile messages at EGAT's mailing address indicated In the invitation for bids;provided that sufficient time is allowed for a reply to reach each prospective bidder before submission of his proposal. EGAT will respond in writing to the request for clarification of the bidding documents,if deemed necessary. Verbal explanations or instructions given by EGAT shall not be binding. Written copies of EGAT's response(including an explanation of the query but without identifying its source)will be sent to all prospective bidders who have purchased the bidding documents.评论
