这周应聘了一家翻译公司，对方给我发了一份译稿要我翻译，今天我问了，人家说我的翻译稿不过，后面我问人家哪部分欠佳，人家也没回复了，所以我很想知道资深翻译是怎么翻译出来的。我承认我的水平确实欠佳，尤其是英译中那部分，之所以较真，是因为我想知道我跟别人的差距在哪，只有这样，我才知道要怎样去加强。做外贸做了2年多了，突然想改行了，所以在做尝试。的确，像我没有一两年的翻译经验，做起这份工作来确实存在很大的挑战，但凡事都有个开始，我很愿意去学习，所以希望翻译高手口下留情。我很虔诚的请你们帮忙审核一下，给我指出问题~我一定会谨记前辈们的教诲，多多努力提高自己的，我先谢谢大家了，下面附上翻译稿，英译中和中译英两段，劳烦前辈们耐心看看。英翻中

股东贷款
根据中华人民共和国现行法律、法规规定，外商投资企业可以接受境外投资者提供的股东贷款。在这种情况下，外商投资企业必须向外汇管理局或当地外汇部门申请国外贷款登记证和结汇。该外国贷款总额不得超过该外商投资企业总投资额和注册资本之间的差额，并应当向当地外汇部门备案。国外贷款人必须提交国外贷款登记证，以便在外汇管理局认可的银行开立并持有外汇专用帐户，并经过外汇管理局批准，以其自有外汇资金或用人民币购买外汇的方式，偿还国外贷款。
（我翻译的）译文：Shareholder Loan
According to the existing laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, foreign invested enterprises could accept the shareholder loans which provided by oversea investors. In this case, the foreign invested enterprises must apply for oversea loan registration certificate and exchange settlement to the Administration of Foreign Exchange or the local foreign exchange department . The foreign loans are not allow to exceed the balance between the total invested amount and registered capital, and must be recorded to the local foreign exchange department. Foreign lenders must submit the oversea loan registration certificate, so that they could open and hold an special exchanged account from the bank approved by the Administration of Foreign Exchange , after it is approved, they could pay for the oversea loan with their own foreign exchange funds or the way of purchasing exchanging with RMB.

亲，别笑话我哟~我是真心求教的~~很客观的说，我很不满意我的英译中，因为有两个句子我揣摩不透~中译英我觉得问题不大，意思都基本上译出来了，只是可能用词方面不够严谨，不符合文书之类的用词。所以我很想知道别人怎么翻译的~看不透自己的不足之处就不知道怎么去改进，要进步就 更不容易了~~

首先说楼主的英译汉翻译的不错（最起码在我看来应有的信息都在如果改进的话可以在断句或是用词上润色一下）。汉译英有几处我可能不会那么翻译，仅供借鉴，抛砖引玉厚着脸皮 如下：
1。 settlement 后面介词TO 我觉得应该换成 from
2. 第四行 are not allow to 应改成 be allowed to 明显的被动语态。
3. total invested amount 楼主想表达 “外国贷款总额”， 似乎可行但是仔细读来有点Chinglish 的感觉 这个amount 指代不是很明确。可以换成 gross investment
4. ，after it is approved, after前面 应该是句号 不然一句话里面有两个 动词 讲不通。
5. 偿还贷款 直接可以说repay 就 Ok 啦。
暂时就找到就这么多，不才 还请各位大侠 楼主批评指正。

刚学翻译的时候，就是这样的情况。
能自己写文章了，翻译就上手了。要不然，始终跟着英语走，就不是中文了。

楼主的译文，第一句便是理解错误，模型和型号，相差甚远。其次，中翻英里，最重要的是译文的立场，把每个词语翻译出来谁不会，你说是不是。翻译的时候，要通读全文，把意思弄明白了，语气也清楚了，才能下笔去翻译。不能以拿到材料就埋头翻译，这样会造成前后文翻译的语气和立场对不上。词语除了要翻译对了，要要对语境。
我的译文也是有缺陷的，太久没有做英翻中了，生疏了都。记得大学的时候，英翻中一直是我的强项。
我说话直接，希望楼主不要见怪，但是提的意见却是中肯的，我大学也是英语专业，希望你能听进去。

我觉得是他们作为4S店，换个角度来说这句话，会给听者一种比较信任的态度。4S店以服务为理念，产品出了问题，不只是把责任推走，而且先他们会承担下来，他们与客户先解决，他们再去与生产商解决的角色来写，因此她翻译为”我们客户对我们生产的汽车……“这里就用了我们。

不是推卸责任，汽车质量出现问题，不是4S的错啊。不是说不能用“我们”，只是说车不是“我们”所生产，我们只是销售而已。而且英文里都说得很明白，汽车是我们销售的

我最不看好的是英译汉哦，因为我把握不准是谁写这篇文字的。第一句话我就揣摩不出了，而且语句并不通顺。可能我放了我的译文在那了会造成“先入为主”的影响，所以你觉得不错。我就事论事哦，不针对你的。谢谢前辈指教，你的用词确实精准，简单明了， are not allow to我书写错误 。“after..."我是考虑作从句，本意是顺应原文完整的一句话。

嗯嗯，我就是开头这两句揣摩不透呢，不知道是谁写的这文章~所以译文跟原文意思出入很大~做英翻中的时候思路总会定死，跟着英文走，译出来总是“两不像”不像英文也不像中文了~这个也是我目前一直在努力克服的一个困难
