我们公司有TNT账号，想这批货和以后的货使用我们的货代去提货，该如何通知对方？英文邮件该如何写？先谢谢高人了。大概意思：
由于我公司有自己的货代（TNT），为了更好的跟踪货物降低运输成本，我们想用自己的货运代理来运输我们采购的货物。请告诉我们这票货的货物信息和联系人联系电话，我们将安排货运公司在约定时间去提货。或者在货物准备好后，通知TNT公司来取货，我们公司的TNT账号是：。。。。。

As we have a freight collect A/C in TNT, we would like to arrange their courior pick up the sample directly, it can help us better control and tracking the sample information. Please kindly offer us the contact information of person in charge also the sample conditions, we will send the courior on time
