要表达的内容：我们老板和你们老板是老朋友，但现在失去了联系。你可否提供一下你们老板的联系方式或者将此邮件转发给你们老板。Our boss with your boss are old friends, but they lose contact with each other now. Could you provide your boss' contact info(such as email adress, HK mobile no. and so on) to us, or transfer this email to your boss.
这样表述可否合适？？有没有更简洁委婉的表述？？

Your boss and mine are old friends.But they lose touch.I wonder if you're kindly enough to give me his contact info(such as email address,HK Moblile phone number) or transfer this email to him instead.
