我是做电子元器件外贸的新人，昨天有个客户发了封邮件给我说他们有和我们公司合作的意向，并发来了一个RFQ 但是好多内容我都看不懂，请各位帮帮我看看是什么意思。（该客户第一次给我发邮件）kindly provide P&A data with minimum delivery date for following items before 12 June, 2012 as the items are required on priority
PT NO这应是产品型号 吧 NOUN产品名称 ERRC（重点：这个完全不知道是什么） QTY这应该是数量

note
1 for in-lieu part numbers, documentary proof must be provided
2 EDD should be clearly mentioned as days, weeks, months
2 all quotes must be received for consideration for the procurement with specific number of days of requesting RFQ
4 quote should bear min 90 days validity
5 all quotes items must be OEM certified
6 quote should be dispatched through fastest means to its directorate
7 after the expiry of the prescribed delivery period, procurement agency is authorized to exercise one of the following items
a. purchase the item on your "Risk and Expense"
b. to impose liquidity damages
c. delete or reduce the ordered Qtys
