After the container is releasing from the Custom's cheking , Commodity Inspection Bureau didn't clear it so causing the delay again.
FYI。
其实没必要跟客户解释那么多，只会让他更担心，可以直接跟他说船delay了。

船期delay跟supplier没有关系，客人有没有国际贸易常识的哦？

While, the reason, that i have to explain to you is that because the container locked together in Custom for commodity
inspection and testing bureau's checking, but the government staff's did not unlock this container in time after finished the checking,
which caused the container failed to be boarded the cargo vessel.
