你这个是开发信哦。如果是对客户询盘的回复,我个人觉得就不需要再赘述公司的优势啊啥的了。
我回复客户询盘都很简单(老客户沟通惯了,偶尔会用缩写;新客户单词都写全了)
1. 写客户咨询的型号
2. 参数
3. 价格
或者做一份详细的报价单做附件加入到邮件,对客户大概描述下,然后 +"pls see attached document"之类的
邮件最后写“Your advice will be hihgly appreciated."/" Looking forward to your early reply." +Best regards, xxx

可是他没有问我具体的型号什么的,,,只是说对我们产品感兴趣。然后问我FOB价格,FOB港口以及发货日期等,我就回过去说把你感兴趣的part number 给我,我会给你相对便宜的价格。。这样可以吗

恩,最好问清楚客户感兴趣的产品,针对性报价哦。“相对便宜”这个就不要说了,说有“市场竞争力的”会好点。
