The cost of Fedex is making the products too expensive.
I'm talking to my shipper in Dubai and he is trying to arrange someone to collect for me in china and send by aircargo to me in Nigeria.
If you can also make this arrangement for me pls let me know I wouldn't mind.
I expect him to get back to me very soon so I can arrange for the payment and collection.

Fedex 费用太高，
我跟在迪拜的货运人说了，他（迪拜货运人）正尽量安排人在国内提货然后空运至尼日利亚。
如果你能帮忙安排，那我也不介意的。

if 不是也有“是否”的意思吗？用whether的话，正确的方法要在句子后面加上or not。
