这次出货的柜子里面短装了60多件，都不知道怎么跟客人说了，想这么跟他说，还请各位想想要怎么写以下的邮件：因台风货物被打湿了50件，另外有15件货物这次没有找到，因上次出货工厂的货柜很多有可能弄错了装在上个柜里面，请客人清点货物的时候再看下，这15件的货款就先不算，等他收到货再说，邮件要写呀，请各位高手帮忙想下[ 本帖最后由 Tina5111 于 2012-8-9 10:39 编辑 ]

Sorry we short-load 65pcs in this container, 50pcs were wet due to heavy Typhoon, and we couldn't find the other 15pcs which might be loaded into last container.
So, when you receive first container, please help the check if there is additional 15pcs, we won't charge the 15pcs for now until we get your feedback.

Sorry we short-load 69ctns in this third shipment, 53ctns were wet due to heavy Typhoon, and we couldn't find the other 16ctns which might be loaded into Second shipment 1*40HQ. So, when you receive second shipment container, please help the check if there is additional 16ctns, we won't charge the 16ctns for now until we get your feedback. attached is the actural clearance docs and shortage list,kindly check at your side.Thanks

As Customs Data were been closed before the container loading , In order to match the CTNS of Customs ,we have no choice but pack two Ctns together to be One Ctn.Please check at you side.Thanks

Second shipment total:USD 213715.35 - 20%deposit(USD 42743.07) = Balance USD 170972.28
Third shipment total:USD 115201.40 – deposit(USD 30582.32) =Balance USD84619.08
Could you kindly TT the balance payment USD424325.76 to us ASAP? Once receive your payment, we will send the original B/L&docs to you immediately.
