设计、研发、加工、制造、销售：电机设备、电子产品、通用机械设备（加工、制造项目另设分支机构经营）；货物进出口、技术进出口（法律、行政法规禁止的项目除外；法律、行政法规限制的项目须取得许可后方可经营）要帮老总做签证，需要营业执照副本翻译，以下是我翻译的，求更正：
Design. Research and Development. process, manufacture; sales: electromechanical devices, electronic equipment, General Machinery Equipment,(process and manufacture item has set up operating branch); Import and Export of Goods and Technologies(laws, administrative regulations prohibit managing project except that the laws and administrative regulations limit to operate the project approval to operate)
