Dear Exhibitor,We are glad to inform you that Interlight Moscow powered by Light+Building 2012 offers you the following marketing opportunities:
1.In the attachment you will find the form for providing company information for exhibition official CD-catalogue. Your company information will be present in the following catalogue sections: alphabetical list of exhibitors, exhibitors list according to countries and product groups. Since the show is international we kindly ask you to provide information both in Russian and English lаnguages before September 21, 2012.
2.The information you provided for CD-catalogue will be also used for Online Partner Platform – the program which will be launched on exhibition official website 2 months before the show opening. The aim of the program is to create an interactive platform which will allow trade fair visitors to get acquainted with show participants and arrange meetings with their potential clients. The exhibitor receives an opportunity to set meeting schedule on their stand long before the show. Please, follow the organizer’s mailings.
3.Please provide us with your company LOGO for the efficient presentation of your company in the trade fair CD-catalogue and on the official exhibition website. The technical requirements are: png or jpeg / 100 х 100 px
4.The invitation ticket allows free entrance to the exhibition grounds for registered visitors. Please, send us the information on how many invitation tickets you need. You will be able to pick up the tickets at Messe Frankfurt Rus office in the end of August. Or you are welcome to use the soft copy of invitation ticket that will be sent to you by e-mail very soon.
5.Special edition of industry leading magazine «Modern lighting technology», devoted to Interlight Moscow powered by Light+Building 2012, will be widely spread among subscribers before the show and at the exhibition. We’ll be glad to include your company news (1000 characters) into “News and innovations at Interlight Moscow powered by Light+Building 2012» rubric if they are consistent with the topic. Please, send your news to [email protected] before August 20, 2012.
6.We are glad to offer you placing you company news in “Exhibitors’ news” section of exhibition official website. Please, send your news to [email protected] Please, provide the information in English and Russian language.
7.In the attachment you will find a banner sample which serves to attract visitors to your booth at Interlight Moscow powered by Light+Building in 2012. Please, inform us if you are willing to place the banner on your website. We will execute the banner specially for your company (possible correction at organizer’s expense – pavilion and booth number).
Please find attached the list of advertising opportunities. Your advertisement in the exhibition guide will help you to inform every trade fair visitor on the products presented by your company.

呵呵，你已经大致知道邮件的内容，可以按邮件里提示去做
1.附件里有表格，填写下你们公司的信息，方便在展会官方CD目录上反映出来，要用英文和俄文写，务必在2012年9.21之前上交哦
2.官方CD目录会用于展会开始之前2个月发布的在线合作伙伴平台，目的是了解展会的参与者以及和潜在客户的会议安排，参会者会收到一份会议流程吧，总之，你要随时关注主办方的邮件信息
3.你要提供你们公司的官方正式的LOGO用于cd目录以及展会的官方网站，图像规格为png or jpeg / 100 х 100 px
4.对于有记录的参观者(会员)可以免费入场，你可以告诉他们要多少张入场券，你可以在8月底到Messe Frankfurt Rus 办公室领取或者尽快以邮件的方式获取并下载下来
5.工业界有名的《现代照明科学》杂志会对这个展会有一个专刊报道，在展会期间会在订阅者中进行深度传播，如果你觉得公司符合该杂志标题：News and innovations at Interlight Moscow powered by Light+Building 2012，那么就会成为专访100家企业的其中一个，请在2012.8.20之前将你公司的信息发到 [email protected]这个邮箱里去。
6.他们会把你公司放入在展会网站里参会者信息栏中，需要你方详细的信息，请将这些用英文和俄文发到 [email protected]
7.附件上还有横幅的样品，可以吸引参会者进入你的展位了解产品，如果需要可以，告诉他们，他们会马上专门对你的展位进行布置，价格会有变动

俄罗斯的土地上，除了俄语。。我好象真的好少好少看到其它国家的语言。。
PS：上次去俄罗斯，我们的导游说：男人出门记得带美女护架。。因为俄罗斯有传说的光头党。。但是只针对男人。。女人从不动手。。不过现在好象所谓的光头党都没怎么听到消息了。。记得带点自己喜欢吃的去那里哦。。虽然那里有中国餐馆，但是真的不太多。。而且菜色。。。也真不是太如意。。所以最好自己备点。。不然一连几天。。很痛苦的。。
