我的意思就是我们之前给客户报的是美金价，所以报关这块需要由我们公司自己来操作。（客户要求我们把货送到郑州的一个工厂）
希望客户能给到我 客户的货代的联系方式，以及郑州那边的收货信息。
希望大家能帮我看看 这样的邮件该怎么写好

How about the customs declaration? 我把这个当成报关，也不知道对不对
If you will do the declaration, I'm afraid that the price should change . Because the price for you is based on
FOB Shanghai, in the condition we will arrange the custom declaration.
If we arrange the custom declaration, please send me the forwarder contact details.

做美金就意味着要报关出口了。如果出口港口有变跟原先报价时有变，可以让客人承担点内陆费用。
1.PLS TELL US THE FORWARDER INFORMATION
2. TELL US FACTORY'S ADRESS ,CONTACT PERSON AND TELEPHONE NUMBER SO AS TO DELIVER GOODS TO THERE.

报关应该是MAKE THE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE 吧？

内陆工厂的地址 客户之前就给我了 运费客户也让我算进了发票里了。
我现在关心的就是 在那个港口走，我之前报的是FOBSHANGHAI。

另外你可以直接告诉客户：Pls kindly inform me your forwarder's information or tell then to contact me
At the same time,pls tell me your another factory's details(address,contact person,telephone number)
还有救是你很急需知道出口港口的话，可以问客户或者货代：As you know,the price we quoted is based on FOB SHANGHAI,now we need to know the loading port to calculate the local freight fee.
我想这样客人就很明白了!

我想请问一下，你们要以自己的名义报关，是因为需要核销退税，还是需要对冲进项？这票货是必须要以你们公司的名义报关吗？如果是的话，我一般会这么说：
Pls kindly noted that for this shipment we should do the Export Customers Clearance in our Company's Name so that we can do the Tax Refund. We can sent the goods to your appointed warehouse in Zhenzhou together with the full set Export Cusotmers Clearance Documents. Pls kindly pass us the detail information for the Zhenzhou Warehouse so that we can deal with them(你事先得和郑州那边联系好，我推测客户可能是走拼货。所以你要跟那边说，全套出口单据你们出，报关要以你们的名义）。 如果客户一定要以其它人的名义报关，那就做相应的调价吧。。。
我有点不明白，如果是走拼货，按理说货送到郑州那边，应该是那边安排联系货代了，你要知道那货代的信息是要干什么？不太了解。。
也许我没有完全理解你中文要表达啥。。
