目前有个英国客人,现阶段下了个小柜,尚未出货,急于洽谈卖给他们产品的独家销售权,写了一封很长的邮件,大致就是表面对方公司多强大,采购需求量多大,中国有8家供应商,每家供应商一个月至少4条高柜。如果我司不答应授予独家经销权,客户想找其他供应商合作,可是考虑到第一次和他们合作,很多都不了解,我司不想答应,我也想破头脑,不知如何回复,以下为本人菜鸟乱写一通,请高手帮忙改进
We have carefully studied your proposal of exclusive agent to sell these models, also looking forward to be engaged in building new brand with your company , establish lasting long business relationship . But , considering this is an initial cooperation, both side do not understand each other every well , also not having the slightest idea of your possible annual marketing turnover , as well as sale plans ect , so we feel it would be better to consider the matter of exclusive after you done more business with us, after your sales record justify our doing so, we will re-consider
Besides , with regard to the purchasers in UK , when we negotiated at the first of beginning , we had told you that none of one order the model same as yours , this is absolutely true . To be frankly with you , currently there are 2 purchaser in the UK , one is ... the other is yours , both of 2 company purchase different model. but in the whole European district , before your orders , others customer have ever ordered the same model , details as below

我方已非常认真地研究了贵司对这些产品独家销售的请求,也渴望与贵司一起致力打造全新的品牌,建议长期友好的贸易关系。但是,就目前的首次合作,双方并不是非常熟悉了解,同时,不了解贵司所能做到的年销售额,促销计划等等的情况下,我司很难接受贵司的建议。所以我司认为最好在贵方同我方增加贸易以后再考虑独家经销的问题。待贵司的销售成绩足以表明可以委托你方独家销售后,我司会再次重新考虑。
另外,对于英国地区的采购商,在最先洽谈的时候,我司已告知尚未有客户采购相同的产品,这点绝对是真实的。坦白讲,目前英国地区有两家客户,一家是,另外一家是贵司,双方采购的都是不同的产品。但在个欧洲地区来讲,在此之前(贵司订单之前),已有其他客户曾向我司购买过,详情如下
希望以上的信息对贵司有所帮助,同时,在今年剩下的时间里,我方希望贵司仍然能尽快推销我们的产品,在明年新的一年里,我司也许可以同意贵方独家销售的建议

这个。。。不是已经委婉的拒绝你了么、、、他要看到你们的销售业绩,才肯合作。那么从这方面下手是否还有合作的可能呢?

最好给他一个你们认为合理的销售额或者销售量。
目前的说法让他不知道你们的胃口到底有多大。直到。。。为止。。。对他来说不是很礼貌。

粗略的看了下基本还可以就是有些地方有点CHINGLISH.when we negotiated at the first of beginning 改为during our initial negotiation.To be frankly with you改为TO BE FRANK.both of 2 company purchase different model是两家的话应该是MODELS吧。but in the whole European district 。BUT FOR THE EU COUNTRIES AS A WHOLE.Hope the above information will be helpful for your.改为TO/FOR YOU.
