我现在把在日常工作当中,遇到的一些好的英文句子或段落发上来和大家分享, 供大家学习.希望能帮助到大家！1.Attached please find the “Penalty Report” for those orders delay in Feb., 2008. Please review if you have any supporting documents that shown the delay was caused by Conair/CCL/Conair-Euro had accepted your delay with new S/D & amend PO, so we will disregard those penalized item/qty. We will give 10 days for your factory to present & settle the issue. Once finalized, CCL will issue debit note for those remains accordingly. Please note.

2.As for this penalty report, we have not received any supporting document or objection from your side till now. However, we will give additional 4 days for your factory to present and settle this issue. If we could not receive your supporting document in this week, the late shipment penalty will be applied for these items attached in prior e-mail.

4.Our agreed S/D for this order is linked to our customer’s receiving date. The customer’s requirements are most important because they need to receive their goods on time for promotions etc. They also receive many items from many vendors weekly and arrange their receiving schedule for the smooth operation of their warehouse. The shipment delay of this order is inconvenient and NOT ACCEPTANCE for our customer. Going forward, please make every effort to have our goods ship on the agreed S/D. Anything you might do to expedite the shipment would be highly appreciated.

5.Please note that any late shipment must get approval from CCL US side. If this delay is unaccepted, it might cause air shipment at your cost. Needless to say, any shipment delay will MUST cause the Penalty Report.

6.Tong Fong has short shipped BABCV8 - 408pcs out of ordered qty 3,600pcs without prior notice to Conair (please see attached details). The balance goods have been shipped to forwarder yesterday. The reason for delay is they were unable to finish on time. In fact, for whatever reason they should inform us in advance and get customer approval before shipping out.
Please inform customer about the short shipment and any penalty from customer should be charged back to Tong Fong.
For the unshipped BABCV8 - 408pcs, please check with customer if they accept shipping them together with next PO#871291 (Dannyco PO#9863). If not, please advise how customer would like to ship them. Thanks.

7.It is our company’s policy for goods must complete and pass our QC inspection before PO ship date though the goods will be kept in your factory to wait for shipment arrangement. In order to smooth the work for future, please ask our merchandiser to amend PO to reflect the revised ship date if shipment postponed which requested by our side.

8.Attached is the Weekly Shipment Delay Recap of Tong Fong for your reference. We have chased them for their action and recovery date but have not gotten any answer up to this time. We will chasing them and let you know if any updated information available. If you have any query, please call me!
