在一份合同中，有个通知条款，不懂的如何理解，还望各位大侠指教一二！！“Without prejudice to any other mode of service, notices shall be deemed to be properly given if sent by facsimile transmission to the intended recipient at its then current facsimile number, email or if properly posted pre-paid by the fastest means(other than express delivery) addressed:”
我试着翻译了以下，挺乱的，没什么头绪。求指点！！
