The requirements of the USDA are that there be a minimum of 6” clearance in the top & the bottom of the container to allow penetration of the fumigant. I am required to have every container fumigated at the pier in the US, before they will release it to me. This is a requirement for all bamboo imports into the US – whether your customer ask for it or not. Therefore, the container must be loaded properly – or customs will strip if to fumigate it.请教下有哪位大虾知道这句话是什么意思吗？万分感谢
